Cucumbers In Tangy Sour Cream
|Cucumbers||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Tangy)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place cucumbers and onion in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
Drain off accumulated water.
In a small bowl, combine Tangy Sour Cream, parsley and pepper.
Add to chilled cucumber mixture and stir to mix well.
Correct seasonings if necessary.
Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
