Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Large, peeled and cut into 1/8 -inch-thick slices
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Purchased Or Homemade)
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced (Including Tops)
  Finely minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced or pressed
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, mix cucumbers and salt and let stand for about 15 minutes; drain well on paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar; blend well.
Stir in onions, parsley, garlic, and Worcestershire.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
