Cucumbers In Sour Cream
|Cucumbers||3 Large, peeled and cut into 1/8 -inch-thick slices|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Purchased Or Homemade)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced (Including Tops)|
|Finely minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced or pressed|
In a bowl, mix cucumbers and salt and let stand for about 15 minutes; drain well on paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar; blend well.
Stir in onions, parsley, garlic, and Worcestershire.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
