Endives With Cucumber Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled and seeded
  Mayonnaise 300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cup)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Endives 3 , separated, leaves cut in 1/2
  Apple 1 , peeled, cored and sliced
  Black forest ham slice 4 , julienned
  Pine nuts 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place cucumber in food processor and puree.
Add mayonnaise, paprika, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper; blend 30 seconds.
Set aside.
Arrange endives, apple and ham in large salad bowl.
Add cucumber mayonnaise to taste, mix well.
