Ingredients
  Cucumber/6 7inch piece cucumber 1
  White malt vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili 1 Small
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Peel the cucumber.
Cut it lengthwise into four and remove the seeds.
Cut the cucumber diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
Blend together the vinegar and sugar.
Add the crushed chilli and salt.
