Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Cucumbers in sour cream is a creamy and fresh salad prepared with chives for flavor. Tossed with a hint of lemon juice and seasoned to taste, the cucumbers in sour cream have a smooth taste and is quite appetizing.
Ingredients
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 3 Large
  Minced chives 3 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

Peel cucumbers, if desired, and thinly slice.
Set aside.
Combine sour cream and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Stir cucumbers into sour cream mixture; cover and chill.
