Dilly tuna Cucumber Melt
|Canned water packed tuna||1 Can (10 oz), drained and flaked|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried dill||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cracked wheat bread slice||4 , toasted|
|Cucumber||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Muenster cheese||4 Ounce, cut into strips|
In medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise and dill; blend well.
Spread 1/4 cup tuna mixture on each toasted bread slice.
Top each with 1/4 of cucumber slices, 1/4 cup sprouts and 1/4 of the cheese.
Toast in toaster oven 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
