  Fresh peas/1 package frozen peas 1 1⁄2 Pound, shelled
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced dill/1 tablespoon dried dill 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

1. Cook the peas in boiling salted water until barely tender. Drain.
2. Cook the cucumber quickly in boiling water about two minutes, taking care not to overcook. The vegetable should remain crisp.
