|Cucumber||1 Medium, peeled|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|100% whole wheat bread||1 (Made Into Crumbs)|
|Skim milk/Chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut cucumber into thin slices.
In a small casserole, arrange in layers with green pepper, parsley, salt and crumbs.
Pour in skim milk (it should come almost to top).
End with a layer of crumbs.
Bake at 375Â° F. till cucumber is soft, about 40 minutes.
Dot with margarine and run under broiler for 1 minute
