|Cucumbers||3 Large (Good Size)|
|Chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces|
Wash cucumbers; cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out as much pulp as possible without breaking skin.
Brown onion in butter; add other ingredients mixed with cucumber pulp.
Stirring constantly, cook 5 minutes or until dry.
Place filling in cucumber shells.
Bake in preheated 375 °F oven until shells are soft and mixture is brown on top.
