The mojito, a bundle of mint under rum and you have the basics to get it done. A few skills will be needed: muddling mint and pouring alcohol and we believe you have at least one of those skills mastered.
12 Medium (1 for garnish)
1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 for garnish)
1 1⁄2 Ounce
20 Gram, crush
1. In a glass, add 6-12 mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice and muddle gently.
2. Add crushed ice, light rum and top with club soda.
3. Stir using a bar spoon.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and mint leaves and serve chilled.
