5 Medium, juiced
10 Clove (50 gm)
1. Squeeze out juice from sour orange. Using a strainer drain the juice in blender.
2. Add garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and olive oil. Blend it well.
3. In a container pour marinate, and refrigerate, so that it remains fresh for as long as a week.
4. Use as a marinade for meat, cook and serve hot with green leaf garnish.
