Citrus Cuban Mojo Marinade

This signature marinade that gives all Cuban Food that Latin Flavor. Perfect for pork, chicken, steak, and veggies, this recipe is sure to spice up any meal with lots of citrus and garlic.
  Sour orange 5 Medium, juiced
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

1. Squeeze out juice from sour orange. Using a strainer drain the juice in blender.
2. Add garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and olive oil. Blend it well.
3. In a container pour marinate, and refrigerate, so that it remains fresh for as long as a week.

4. Use as a marinade for meat, cook and serve hot with green leaf garnish.
