The Flighty Mojito

Ingredients
  Lime 1⁄2 Small, squeeze
  Fresh lime juice 1 Ounce
  Simple syrup 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Rum 2 Ounce
  Fresh mint leaves 8 Medium
  Soda water 2 Ounce
  Crushed ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For garnishing
  Lime slices 1 Small
  Mint leaves 2 Small
  Raw sugar 2 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a Collins glass pour the squeezed lime, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, rum and fresh mint leaves.
2. Using a muddler, muddle everything for 1 minute.
3. Top it with crushed ice, stir with bar spoon, muddle with the spoon.
4. Pour soda water right to the top and stir.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slice, sprinkle raw sugar.

SERVING
6. Serve the Mojito chilled.

TIPS
Use a sugarcane stick to stir the drink.
