Skinny Watermelon Mojito

Low-calorie cocktails reach a new apex with this Watermelon Mojito. Minty, sweet and refreshing!
Ingredients
  Mint leaves 8 Large
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Ounce
  Stevia syrup 1⁄2 Ounce
  Watermelon wedge 1 Small (For garnish)
  Watermelon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), pureed
  White rum 1 Ounce
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cracked
  Club soda 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a glass, add 6 mint leaves, lime juice and stevia syrup and muddle well together.
2. Add the watermelon puree, rum and ice.
3. Top with club soda and stir using a bar spoon.

SERVING
4. Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon wedge and serve cold.
