Did y’all have a good 4th of July this past weekend? Well, it is officially summer and it is officially so hot and humid out lately in this neck of the woods. All this hot weather is making me crave a nice summer cocktail again. A few weeks ago, I showed you how to make sangria. Well this week I show you how to make a… mojito! Watch and learn how to make this cool and refreshing drink. Recipe and video after the jump.
  Lime 1⁄2
  Mint leaves 5
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  White rum 2 Ounce
  Club soda 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1.) Cut 1/2 lime into wedges.
2.) Put lime wedges and some mint leaves into a highball glass.
3.) Add about 2 tsp. of sugar into glass.
4.) With a muddler, muddle the ingredients together in the glass.
5.) Add about 1.5-2 oz. of white rum.
6.) Now, add in some ice.
7.) Top it off with some club soda.
