Here's an easy recipe for Mojitos that you'll want to serve to your guests on those warm summer nights. Enjoy!!
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lime zest 2
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime 2 , cut into quarters
  White rum 1 Liter
  Club soda 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed ice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

1. In a skillet, heat water and sugar, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. Add lime zest. Allow to cool.
2. In a pitcher, add fresh lime juice, mint leaves and lime, crush nicely to blend the flavors together.
3. Add rum.

4. In a glass, put crushed ice, pour the rum mixture and top it with club soda, stir gently.
5. It goes great with barbecue preparations.
