This blueberry mojito recipe is a fruit twist to a Cuban classic. A refreshing drink perfect for a wonderful holiday special.
  Mint leaves 8
  Blueberries 5
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Rum 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Club soda 1 Ounce

1. In a glass add the mint leaves, blueberries, sugar and lime juice.
2. Muddle all the ingredients with the muddler.
3. Pour in the rum and club soda.

4. To the glass add in the ice cubes and garnish with blueberries and a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!
