1. In a highball glass, pour the lemon juice and muddle simple syrup, mint leaves, white rum, pama and some fresh seasonal fruits as blueberries and strawberries.
2. Fill glass with crushed ice, top with a splash of club soda and give it a stir to mix.
3. Sprinkle with a pinch of powdered sugar, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve.
