Huevos Habaneros

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), minced
  Habanero 2 , minced (Fresh)
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Bell pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Tomatoes 4 , chopped
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced cilantro 2 Tablespoon (Or Called Coriander Leaves)
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Distilled vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 8
Directions

In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft, 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except eggs and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until a thick sauce is formed (about 35-40 minutes).
