Pama Pomegranate Mojito
|Lime||1⁄2 , freshly squeezed juice|
|Fresh mint||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)|
|Simple syrup||1⁄2 Ounce (Mixture Of 0.5 Part Each, Sugar And Water))|
|Light rum||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Pama pomegranate liqueur||1 Ounce|
|Fresh strawberry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (As Required)|
|Fresh blueberry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)|
|Ice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed (As Required)|
|Club soda||8 Ounce (To Fill)|
|Mint sprig||1 (For Garnish)|
|Powdered sugar||To Taste|
1 In a large glass, squeeze some fresh lime juice.
2 Add a handful of mint leaves and pour simple syrup on top to coat the leaves.
3 Add the rum to the glass along with the pomegranate liqueur.
4 Add a spoonful of strawberries and blue berries to the cocktail.
5 Give it a light muddle as shown in the video.
6 Fill the glass with crushed ice.
7 Top with a splash of club soda and give a good stir.
8 Garnish with a sprig of mint and sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
