Cuban Black Bean Dip
Cuban Black Bean Dip is an awesome dip alternative for parties. You can serve this Cuban Black Bean Dip with anything you fancy from tortillas to corn chips. It is easy to make!
|Black beans||1 Ounce, cooked according to package directions and cooled (One 330 Grams Package)|
|Tomato||80 Milliliter, chopped (1/3 Cups)|
|Green bell pepper/Red bell pepper||80 Milliliter, chopped (1/3 Cup)|
|Red onion||60 Milliliter, minced (1/4 Cup)|
|Elephant garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and chopped|
|Fresh cilantro leaves||30 Milliliter, minced (2 Tablespoons)|
|Habanero||1 , reconstituted, seeded|
|Finely chopped fresh cilantro||1|
|Chopped tomato/Chopped red onion||1 (For Garnish)|
In blender coontainer or food processor bowl, place all ingredients.
Cover and process until smooth.
Garnish as desired.
