Ingredients
  Water 1 Gallon
  Black beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), soaked in 2 quarts water overnight and drained
  Bacon 1 Pound, chopped
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Yellow onions 2 , peeled and chopped
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Add fresh water to beans.
Simmer for 5 hours.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for another 2 hours.
Watch that you don't burn this great soup
