|Flaked coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely crushed|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 375°Fahrenheit.
2 In a bowl, add coconut and butter; mix well.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4 Over bottom and around sides of 9-inch pie plate, press the mixture firmly.
5 Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
6 Allow to chill.
7 Serve filled with ice cream, chiffon or cream pie filling.
