Peanut Toffee Pie With Oatmeal Crust

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Peanut butter 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 3 Tablespoon
  Nuts/Toffee / health bits 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix sugar and flour in double boiler, add milk slowly.
Cook until thickened.
Add egg yolks and cook 3 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter and flavoring.
When cool, pour into baked crust and cover with whipped cream and shaved nut toffee or Heath bits.
