Vanilla Meringue Shell

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 6
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Icing sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted
  Cream of tartar 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven.
2) Make thick sugar syrup and let the temperature be down to luke warm.

MAKING
2) Beat egg whites till stiff.
3) Still beating add in the syrup slowly.
4) Keep on beating till the mixture gets a shape.
5) Now add in the flour and the vanilla.

FINALISING
6) Shape the meringue shells by spooning them onto brown paper.
7) Bake them till they are firm to touch.
8) Open the oven door and let the shells cool.

SERVING
9) Meringue shells tastes amazing when served with canned or fresh fruits.
