Cookie Crust Pastry
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter stick/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Egg yolks||2 , slightly beaten|
Mix flour and sugar together in a medium-size bowl; cut in butter or margarine with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix lightly with a fork just until pastry holds together and leaves side of bowl clean.
Chill until ready to use.
