Cookie Crust

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients with hands until soft dough forms. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and against side of pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches, using floured fingers.
2. Elevate pie plate on inverted dinner plate in microwave oven. Microwave uncovered on high 5 to 7 minutes, rotating pie plate 1/2 turn after 3 minutes, until dry and flaky. Cool on flat, heatproof surface (not wire rack).
