Scallops In Pastry Shells

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, quartered (250 Gram)
  Dry white wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped shallot 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Scallops 1⁄2 Pound, halved (250 Gram)
  Thick white sauce 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in skillet.
Add mushrooms, wine, shallot and parsley; cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour in white sauce, season and cook 1 minute.
Place pastry shells on ovenproof platter and fill with scallop mixture.
Top with cheese and broil 2 to 3 minutes in oven.
