Scallops In Pastry Shells
|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, quartered (250 Gram)|
|Dry white wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Chopped shallot||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Scallops||1⁄2 Pound, halved (250 Gram)|
|Thick white sauce||175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Heat butter in skillet.
Add mushrooms, wine, shallot and parsley; cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour in white sauce, season and cook 1 minute.
Place pastry shells on ovenproof platter and fill with scallop mixture.
Top with cheese and broil 2 to 3 minutes in oven.
