Coconut Crust

Ingredients
  Unsweetened flaked coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-size bowl, mix coconut and butter to blend completely.
Press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake on middle shelf of oven for 10 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool completely before filling.
