Spicy Croutons

Easy cube and toss recipe!
Ingredients
  Bread loaf 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Spices To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Cut the bread into 1 inch square pieces.

MAKING
3. In plastic bag, place the bread squares, add olive oil, garlic salt, seasonings and shake the bag to incorporate all ingredients.
4. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with soup or salad.

This came from either botched loaves of bread ( I won't throw anything away if it's at all edible) and loaf ends. Plus, storebought croutons are expensive and made of white processed flour! Yuck!
For all those who do not like eating the croutons which you get in store and want to try something new and inexpensive. Then this video is a must watch. Here in the chef combines few basic ingredients right from your pantry to make perfectly tasting homemade croutons. A great way to use up leftover bread!
