Tomato Crouton Salad

Tomato Crouton Salad is as simple as the name, however you donâ€™t have to make any compromise as far the taste is concerned. This Tomato Crouton Salad is pretty easy to make, give it a try!
|Olive oil||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Balsamic vinegar/Wine vinegar||25 Milliliter|
|Dijon mustard||7 Milliliter (1.5 Teaspoon)|
|Cherry tomatoes||5 Cup (80 tbs), cut into halves (1.2 Liter)|
|Mushrooms||375 Gram, quartered (0.75 Pound)|
|Croutons||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Salt||1 Milliliter (0.25 Teaspoon)|
|Pepper||1 Milliliter (0.25 Teaspoon)|
In large salad bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper until well combined.
Up to 1 hour ahead, add tomatoes and mushrooms to salad bowl.
Just before serving, add croutons and toss well.
