Italian bread/French bread | 10 Ounce , cut into cubes | |
Butter stick | 1 | |
Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Garlic clove | 1 , smashed | |
Kosher salt | 1 Pinch (Optional) |
MAKING
1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil with the garlic clove until sizzling.
2. Pour oil mixture over bread cubes, toss, and then return to pan.
3. Heat over medium flame and, turning as they brown, cook them until evenly toasted and lightly browned.
SERVING
4. Sprinkle salt and serve immediately with Caesar salad
