White bread slices
2 , crust removed
1 , cut into half
1. Rub bot sides of each bread slice with the flat side of garlic half. Cut into equal sized cubes.
2. In a skillet heat oil(1 tablespoon), fry the bread cubes(half) until they turn brown from both sides, transfer to a paper towel. Repeat for the other batch of bread cubes.
3. Store in an airtight jar or use right away with your favorite soup.
It can be stored refrigerated for up to a week.
