Once A Week Kitchen - Garlic Croutons

Unique cookery system tried and tested by the author over many years. Easy, economical and nutritious cooking which converts easily to ready meals.
Ingredients
  White bread slices 2 , crust removed
  Garlic clove 1 , cut into half
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Rub bot sides of each bread slice with the flat side of garlic half. Cut into equal sized cubes.
2. In a skillet heat oil(1 tablespoon), fry the bread cubes(half) until they turn brown from both sides, transfer to a paper towel. Repeat for the other batch of bread cubes.

SERVING
3. Store in an airtight jar or use right away with your favorite soup.

NOTE
It can be stored refrigerated for up to a week.
