Whole Wheat Croutons

Ingredients
  Corn oil/Soy oil 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dry whole wheat bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shallow, ovenproof dish, mix together oil, cheese, thyme and garlic and toss bread cubes in the seasoning mixture
2. Place them in an oven preheated to 250°F and bake for forty five minutes until crisp

SERVING
3. Serve/Use as appropriate
