|Whole grain bread slice||1|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed or cut into 2 or 3 pieces|
1) Bring out small cubical pieces from the bread.
2) In a small skillet, add butter and heat up to melt.
3) Put garlic and sauté for a while to enhance the garlic flavor of butter.
4) Carefully take off the garlic from skillet and add bread cubes to sauté.
5) Keep on stirring frequently, until the cubes turn crispy.
6) Serve these cubes on top of salad or soup or your choice of vegetable preparations.
