Crisp Garlic Croutons

Ingredients
  Garlic head 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the garlic on a pie tin and bake until the juices turn a deep brown, about 25 to 40 minutes.
Let the garlic cool to the touch.
Squeeze the garlic from its skin into a large bowl.
Whisk in the olive oil to form a paste.
Add the bread cubes to the garlic paste and toss until they are evenly coated.
Place on a baking sheet, and bake, stirring once, until browned and crisp, about 10 minutes.
Let cool.
