|Bread slices||6 (stale)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
Remove crusts from 6 slices stale bread.
Peel and halve 2 cloves garlic.
Rub the slices thoroughly with the garlic halves.
Cut into cubes.
Fry in 2-3 tablespoons hot olive oil until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
