Ingredients
  French bread slices 6 , cubed
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Place bread cubes in a bowl.
Combine oil and next 3 ingredients; drizzle over bread cubes, tossing well to coat.
Spread cubes in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until golden, stirring after 4 minutes.
