|White bread slice||3|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
1. Crush the garlic. Cut the crusts off bread slices and cut into cubes. Heat the oil. When hot add the bread cubes and cook, stirring constantly. When cubes start to turn color add the garlic and mix well. When cubes are golden brown remove and drain.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a touch of Cayenne pepper,
