I wanted to put some spinach into my Greek salad but the spinach at the store didn't look so good. I decided to make some crouton rounds from a Tumaro's Garden Spinach & Vegetables tortillas. They turned out really good! These would work baked in the oven as well. They would also make a great base for some sort of appetizer...
Nikko has a great idea of turning Spinach and Vegetables Tortillas into croutons. He makes them effortlessly from the ingredients that he has in his kitchen and turns them into something delicious. He uses these instead of spinach and croutons which are actually innovative when you have missed the spinach and croutons. It can even be used as a base for making delicious appetizers.

Great idea! Speaking of croutons they are fabulous in a sandwich or wrap-great texture contrast. I use them in my caesar chicken salad wraps.
