Basically a video of me mixing cream and butter milk.

MAKING
1) Take a mason jar and add heavy cream and buttermilk to it.
2) Cover the jar and let the mixture sit for 24 hours on room temperature.

SERVING
3) Crème Fraiche is ready to use the way you want.
