|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Vanilla bean||1 Inch|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, heat milk and vanilla bean to the boiling point.
2)In another saucepan, mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
3)Slowly, add hot milk and continue to stir until smooth.
4)Cook on very low heat until mixture is thickened. Keep stirring. Cool.
5)Use this mixture for filling the small cream puffs.
