Green Dmas A La Crème
|Green lima beans||2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced|
|American cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (processed)|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cook beans in saucepan in 1 inch boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 20 to 30 minutes or until done; drain.
2. Add onion, cheese, butter, cream and milk.
3. Toss lightly with fork over low heat until cheese is melted.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot
