Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package Or 1 Cup)
  Egg yolks 6 , slightly beaten
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 6
  Whipped topping mix 2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon
  Semi sweet chocolate squares 1 Ounce (1 Square)
Directions

Early in day: In double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate pieces; remove from heat.
With spoon, beat in egg yolks, vanilla.
In small bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into six 6-ounce wine or other glasses.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Just before serving: Make up whipped-topping mix as label directs but add instant coffee while beating.
Spoon some onto each glass.
With vegetable parer, scrape curls from chocolate square onto topping.
