Jiffy Pots De Crème
|Chocolate fudge pudding mix||4 Ounce (1 package)|
|Milk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
In a 4-cup glass measure combine the dry chocolate-fudge pudding mix and milk.
Micro-cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes; stir.
Micro-cook till bubbly, about 3 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds.
Immediately add semisweet chocolate and vanilla to pudding; stir till chocolate pieces are melted.
Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper; cool.
Spoon cooled pudding into pots de creme cups; cover and chill.
Before serving, garnish each dessert with a few toasted almonds.
