Pineapple Orange Crème

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Slightly beaten egg 1
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small saucepan combine sugar and flour.
Stir in pineapple juice and orange juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
Gradually stir the hot mixture into the beaten egg.
Return all to saucepan; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more.
Cover and chill without stirring.
Whip cream to soft peaks; fold into chilled mixture.
Serve over cake, gingerbread, or fresh fruit.
