Cointreau De Crème
|Semisweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Instant coffee granules||1 Tablespoon (Or Crystals)|
|Half and half||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), scalded|
|Cointreau/Orange flavored liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
Place chocolate chips and coffee granules in blender container.
Add very warm half-and-half.
Cover; blend at medium-low speed, about 1 minute.
Add liqueur and eggs; continue blending until smooth.
Pour into small dessert or demitasse cups.
If desired, garnish with spoonful whipped cream, shaved unsweetened chocolate and grated orange peel.
