Creme De Cacao Crepes

  Crepes 16
  Butter 125 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Creme de cacao 65 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated dark chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Make the crepes using the Chocolate Crepe Batter or Vanilla Crepe Batter.
Set aside.
Mix together the butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
Place over simmering water.
Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the creme de cacao and blend thoroughly.
Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two crepes.
Pour the creme de cacao sauce over and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
