Cceurs Ala Crème
|Quark||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid honey||2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), whipped|
|Strawberry/Melba||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
1. Mix the quark and honey together until smooth, then fold in the cream.
2. Line 4 heart-shaped moulds with muslin, spoon in the cheese mixture and smooth the tops. Place on a plate in the refrigerator and leave to drain overnight.
3. Turn the desserts onto individual plates and pour a little strawberry or Melba sauce around each one.
