Pots De Creme With Unsweetened Chocolate

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate square 3
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs and vanilla in small mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored.
Combine remaining ingredients in glass measuring cup.
Cook on high (9) for 4 to 6 minutes until chocolate melts and mixture is hot.
Do not boil.
Blend slowly into egg yolks, beating constantly until smooth.
Pour into 6 small serving dishes.
Chill.
Garnish with whipped cream.
