Zucchini Sour Cream

Zucchini Sour Cream is a delicious preparation of zucchini in sour cream sauce. Method of Preparation

 

Zucchini and onion are boiled in water with salt, dill weed and chicken bouillon. Once the water has boiled, the contents are simmered till the zucchini is tender and then taken off the stove. Butter, lemon juice and sugar are stirred in, followed by a mixture of sour cream and flour. When the contents are blended well, they are cooked till the sauce thickens and the dish is served hot.
